My name is Rebecca Bertholf and I am from Fort Worth, Texas. I graduated from Northwest High School and am in my second year at the University of Oklahoma as a Health and Exercise Science Pre-Physician’s Assistant major.
I started dancing at the age of two years old and have danced and taken lessons at many dance studios such as Dance Sensations, King and Roberts, Encore School of Dance, Act One Dance Studio, and Dana’s Studio of Dance. I am experienced in many styles of dance including jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, lyrical, ballet, clogging, modern, kick, and pom.
In high school I was on the Sidekicks Varsity Drill Team for four years and served as All-Star, Head All-Star, and Lieutenant. Dancing has always been my passion, and today I continue dancing as President of Sooner Dance Company at the University of Oklahoma.
For my future dance career I hope to dance professionally for a NBA or NFL team and continue choreographing and teaching dance in order to share my passion for the art with others.
