Tanischa Williams started teaching dance at Sherrie's Dance Center in Lawton OK at the age of 16.

She later moved to Edmond OK in 2003 when she became a part of the University of Central Oklahoma Pom squad.  During her college dance experience, her team competed at NDA nationals for three years placing in the top ten all three years.  She served as captain of the dance team her senior year.  While attending UCO she also won the title of Miss Black University of Central
OK in 2005.  For several years you could also find her teaching NDA dance camps all summer long traveling across the states.

She began teaching in the OKC metro area in 2004 at Dance Authority and after leaving there she began teaching for DMC, specializing in Hip Hop, Jazz and Pom for almost 9 years.  This is also where she began doing choreography for competitions.   While teaching at DMC she also taught at several other studios and choreographed national routines for local high schools and other competition teams. Her choreography has won many awards at regional and national competitions.

For the past seven years she has been teaching dance at another dance facility where she is now the company director.  She teaches hip hop, jazz, and contemporary.  You can also find her teaching the occasional beginner ballet class, adult jazz class, and summer burlesque. Most recently she has been doing choreography for wedding dances, birthday parties, and engagement flash mobs!

Miss T has a beautiful 6 year old daughter named Mia who started her dance career at DMC when she was 2. She currently is a 2nd year company member under the instruction of Miss T herself.
